Guest Reviews
The review form collects your first name, email address, stay month, booking method, rating, original review and consent, plus an optional city and state/province. Submissions remain private until the host approves them. Approved reviews show your first name, stay month, rating, review text and any city/state you choose to supply; your email remains private. On the current form, you also consent to display your chosen booking source after host approval. Older submissions that promised a private booking method keep that method private unless separate permission is obtained. Submission history is retained to distinguish website submissions from imported platform reviews. This information helps us verify stays, moderate feedback and respond when needed. Submitting a review does not subscribe you to marketing. You can request removal through the Contact page.

Information is used to respond to questions, evaluate stay inquiries, operate the website and maintain appropriate records.
Cookies & Analytics
The stay planner temporarily keeps your selected dates and guest counts in this browser tab so they carry between pages. This local plan expires after 24 hours, can be reset in the planner and does not contain your name, email or payment information. Preferred dates and guest counts may also appear in the planning-page link. If you choose Allow Analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, scrolling, availability searches, checkout handoffs and successful inquiry submissions on this website. It is not loaded until you opt in. Advertising personalization is disabled. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or booking-page query strings through our website analytics events. You can decline without affecting booking, or change your choice using Cookie Preferences in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Our hosting provider also maintains operational usage and security records.

Service Providers
Base44 provides website hosting and form processing. Hospitable supplies live availability, pricing and secure booking checkout, which opens in a separate tab. Information supplied during checkout, payments, guest verification and booking communications is handled by Hospitable and its service providers under their terms and privacy notices. Our Google Analytics property is also connected to Hospitable’s booking flow to measure booking activity and completed bookings. Hospitable controls consent and tracking behavior within its hosted checkout; the cookie choice on this website applies to this website. Google Analytics processes optional website measurement data when enabled.
Retention & Security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for operational, legal and security purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
