Practical information for a comfortable, respectful stay at Oliver's Palm House.
House Rules
- 1. Up to 14 adults and children age 3+ combined; all occupants must be registered.
- 2. Infants under 3 do not count toward the 14-person limit but must still be registered.
- 3. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
- 4. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Adult supervision is required; no lifeguard is provided and no glass is permitted.
- 5. No smoking or vaping inside.
- 6. Maximum four vehicles at the property. The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles, and one vehicle can use the garage alongside the game area, but the combined total may not exceed four. Street, lawn, sidewalk, swale, and right-of-way parking are not permitted.
- 7. A guest agreement is required before check-in. Occupant names, ages and vehicle information may be required.
- 8. No tampering with safety devices, cameras, locks, pool equipment or internet equipment.
- 9. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
- 10. No pets. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
Pool Service
The pool is professionally serviced weekly. If treatment chemicals are added, guests may occasionally need to wait approximately two hours before swimming. We will notify guests whenever a temporary wait period applies.
Safety Disclosure
Exterior cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, and pool/outdoor area. No cameras monitor interior spaces. A noise-monitoring device measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
Cancellation
Direct bookings are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours after booking acceptance only when the booking was requested at least 30 days before check-in. Otherwise, reservations are non-refundable under the current Direct policy. Review the terms shown in Hospitable checkout before booking.
Payment
The current Direct payment schedule is 50% due at booking and 50% due 45 days before check-in. Available installments depend on how far in advance you book; Hospitable checkout shows the payment amount and schedule that apply to your stay.
Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is additional to the stay total. Review the deposit terms in Hospitable's secure checkout before booking.
Pool Heating
Pool heat is included at no additional charge. The pool is maintained at a comfortable swimming temperature, but actual water temperature can vary with outdoor weather and equipment conditions. The pool is not a hot tub, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. Guests may not adjust or tamper with pool equipment.
Pet Policy
No pets. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
