Yes. The first-floor suite includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchen, dishwasher and direct pool-area access.

Pool heat is included at no additional charge. The pool is maintained at a comfortable swimming temperature, but actual water temperature can vary with outdoor weather and equipment conditions. The pool is not a hot tub, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. Guests may not adjust or tamper with pool equipment.

How often is the pool serviced?

The pool is professionally serviced weekly. If treatment chemicals are added, guests may occasionally need to wait approximately two hours before swimming. We will notify guests whenever a temporary wait period applies.

Exterior cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, and pool/outdoor area. No cameras monitor interior spaces. A noise-monitoring device measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

For direct bookings, up to 14 adults and children combined. Our booking form follows Hospitable: adults ages 11+, children ages 3–10, and infants under 3. Infants are recorded separately and do not count toward the 14-person booking limit. Include every person in your group. The person making the booking must be at least 18.
